StopAsking

Terms of service

Version: 5 November 2026

1. Provider

Stop Asking is a service of FinanceIT Solutions GmbH, Strandbadstrasse 5A, 8331 Auslikon, Switzerland ("we"). Details: imprint. These terms apply to every use of the service.

2. Service

Stop Asking will be an MCP server. It will give your own agent (for example Claude Code or Codex) pattern cards and tools. Your agent will use them to set up an environment on your own machine. This section describes the service as it will be once early access opens (section 3).

3. Early access

The service is in development. Early access opens when the first cards have passed their tests; until then there is only a waiting list and nothing to buy. In early access the set of cards is small and grows over time. A card goes live only after it has passed its tests. Cards, tools and functions can change.

4. Account and token

You get a token for your account. Keep it secret and do not share it. If you think someone else knows your token, tell us so we can replace it.

5. Subscription and cancellation

6. Price guarantee

Your price stays the same for 12 months from your first payment. After that we can change the price. We tell you in advance by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.

7. Free months

8. Feedback and contributions

Feedback in the MCP server will use fixed values only: which card, and missing, wrong, unclear, outdated or no match. Free text only by email. When you send a contribution, you allow us to use it in the cards without payment.

9. Your agents and your environment

Your agents act on your systems under your control. We give no warranty for the results of your agents, for changes they make, or that a card fits your situation. You check changes before you rely on them, and you keep backups of your data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slight negligence. In other cases our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the damage. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unlimited (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations). We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. We tell you about changes in advance by email.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of FinanceIT Solutions GmbH (Pfäffikon ZH, Switzerland). Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
