Privacy policy

2. Which data we process

• Waiting list: the email address you send us to join the waiting list.
• Account email: to identify your account and to contact you about it.
• Token: to authenticate your agent at the MCP server.
• Fixed feedback values: which card, and missing, wrong, unclear, outdated or no match. No free text.
• Emails you send us: free text feedback and questions, with your email address.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our reseller (merchant of record), as its own controller. We receive and keep only your Paddle customer number, your email and the state of your subscription.
• Tool requests: the tools will accept only fixed values from your agent (for example the name of a card or a category of your situation), no free text and no code. We will keep them like feedback values.
• Server logs: our server will log IP addresses only for security and keep them only as long as needed for that.

No model will run on our side. Your agents, your code and your environment stay on your own machine.

3. Purpose

We process these data to tell people on the waiting list when early access opens, to provide the service, to manage your subscription and free months, to answer your emails and to improve the cards. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis under the GDPR: your consent for the waiting list (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by email; performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interest in improving the cards (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Where we store data

The server and its data will be hosted in Switzerland; the waiting list is kept in a mailbox in Switzerland. No data goes to providers in the USA, except the data Paddle needs for your purchase: Paddle processes it in the United Kingdom, the EU, Canada and the USA, also with service providers there. For these transfers Paddle uses the safeguards described in its privacy policy.

5. Website

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no fonts, scripts or other resources from third parties.

6. How long we keep data

• Waiting list: until we have told you that early access is open, or earlier if you ask us to delete your address.
• Fixed feedback values: deleted after 90 days.
• Account email and token: as long as your account exists. We delete them after your account ends, unless the law requires us to keep them.
• Emails: as long as we need them to answer you and to follow up, then we delete them.
• Records of payments: as long as Swiss law requires us to keep business records (10 years, Art. 958f Swiss Code of Obligations).

7. Your rights

Under the FADP and the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy in a common format (data portability). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@financeit.ch.

You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country.
